This was my first catering job and it was a dinner for 14 people in the open air on a farm! Having done most of the work at home, I re-heated the food in various improvisational ways on a 2 ring electric hob, and served dinner in a candlelit polytunnel… Luckily everything went to plan and there were lots of clean plates and good ideas about the future of Oasis City Farm in Waterloo.
